ClinCoach is the first company in Canada totally dedicated to clinical research training and education.
Our objectives are to:
- Create and coach networks of learning through live classroom and online education
- Encourage learners to be self directed, analytical and hypothetical
- Coach learners to assess individual and group learning goals
- Provide a positive learning experience that will promote change
- Advocate learning as a unique ongoing process throughout life
- Share learning opportunities that will stimulate company growth
- Motivate clinical research learning teams
- Provide clinical research team coaching sessions
Since 1999, ClinCoach has been creating a standard of excellence in clinical research through training, education and accreditation throughout Canada.
ClinCoach Inc. offers over 10 years of training to clinical research teams and we have formed strategic alliances with many hospitals and groups in order to provide appropriate training in clinical research.
Our aspiration has always been to develop high-quality training programs for new and experienced clinical research team members.
Our goals also reflect the possibility of an educational partnership between sponsors, contract research organizations, site management organizations, universities, sites and ClinCoach Inc. to develop clinical research excellence in research in Canada and globally.
These shared goals will be achieved by developing and delivering both live classroom courses and by creating networks of learning and knowledge sharing throughout the clinical research community.
