Creating Critical Pedagogy:
We promote the philosophy of critical pedagogy in learning. This outlook encourages learners to be self directed, analytical and hypothetical. We coach learners to assess their individual and group learning goals. At ClinCoach we promote interactive flow learning in which:
- Teams join forces to analyze and discuss situations or events
- Learners share information and knowledge in order to teach one another through group efforts
- Analytical problem solving skills are developed
- Shared experiential learning and knowledge sharing dialogue are facilitated
- Learners are encouraged to create the agenda pathway
- Agendas are self directed, flexible and spontaneous in order to promote spontaneous interactive flow learning
- Learners are coached to develop the curriculum through learning needs assessment tools
- Researchers develop learning teams
Interactive flow is captured by ClinCoach courses in both the live classroom setting and the online learning environment.
